About the "Paving Away Cancer" Foundation...

The Date has been Set! Sunday Dec 22nd, 2024, for the 4th Annual Paving Away Cancer Christmas Gala in honor of Michael Vaccaro Sr.  This year’s venue will be Frankie Primo’s +39 North located at 26 Webster St. North Tonawanda, NY 14120.

Michael Vaccaro Sr's untimely passing at the age of 55 following his second battle with cancer was a deeply personal and emotional challenge for me, Michael Vaccaro Jr. I grappled with this profound loss in various ways, striving to find meaningful solutions to cope with the immense grief. Out of my desire to not only aid in my own healing process but also to honor my father's memory, I founded the charity "Paving Away Cancer in Memory of Michael Vaccaro Sr."

My father, Sr, had a profound love for Christmas. He hosted an annual Christmas Eve gathering at his home, welcoming not only family but also friends and even strangers. This festive evening was a time for everyone to come together, enjoy delightful meals, and share great drinks. What truly set it apart, however, was the presence of Santa Claus, who distributed gifts to all, generously provided by my father to ensure every family was touched by the spirit of the season. Christmas was a time of year that held a special place in Sr's heart, and his passion for giving back shone brightly during this time.

Through the charity "Paving Away Cancer in Memory of Michael Vaccaro Sr," I am able to carry on his legacy of generosity and goodwill. We are now preparing to host the 4th Annual Christmas Gala in Honor of Michael Vaccaro Sr. Your consideration and support for this cause are immensely appreciated, and we eagerly anticipate your participation as we unite to "Pave Away Cancer."
